I just wanted to drop you a note and say thank you very much for all of the help and personal attention that you have given to me. I also wanted to let you know that I just had some work done and Mark set up my appointment and had Don do the work, and I can only say that ALL of my service has always been TOP-​KNOTCH ! You should be proud of the people that work for you as they show their pride in the work that they do. I always have either Al or Don work on my boat and those 2 guys are awesome. They communicate well and keep me in the loop every step of the way, (that can be hard as I like to know everything step by step). Mark always takes my phone calls even after hours and tells me what’s going on and always takes pictures and sends them to me because he also knows I can be a pain, but really I just get a little nuts as boating is a big passion of mine and we have such a short time to enjoy it every year. That being said I will be doing a Unilocal review as I always do and post my experience about how GREAT of a service department that you have. Also this summer I have already paid for my slip down at Montrose but I will not be renewing for the following years to come as I will consider Larsen’s my home away from home and I will be keeping my boat there for year round storage/​slip and service of course. Again thank you so much for all of your help.

Stored with them for a few years. Prices were average, but each Spring I was told «you’re in the water and ready to go» only to arrive and find a major mechanical problem that wasn’t there when it was dropped off. There are plenty of other services around that are more than happy to have your business — shop around.

I’ve kept my boat in most of the yards in the Chicago area and there is just something about a family owned business that takes a business to that next level. We’ve stored our boat at Larsen and bought a new one through them. They are always professional and deliver a high level of personal service. Almost everyone knows your name, will stop what they’re doing to talk to you and answer any of your questions. Larsen is as close as it gets to being the perfect full service yard (Sales, Service, Storage).
