I just had my 2012 Mercedes S550 repaired by this shop and they went out of their way to make sure everything was done correctly and on time. I am a fanatic with my car, they actually did more than what was on the estimate for me and made my vehicle look brand new again. I couldn’t believe how well they worked with my insurance company, the repairs that I had done where not little, upwards of $ 10,000 it was the whole passenger side of vehicle that was hit and you would never be able to tell. Thank you so much for all your care with my vehicle you have gained a life long customer.

***AVOID*** wavy body filler, new bumper cover lose, mismatched paint all ‘acceptable’ to this company. Work looks like a D from High School shop class.

Had a good visit and price referral compared to neighbouring mechanics, which attracted me initially. Although I was satisfied with the work done to replace the damaged parts in my vehicle, I am not happy discovering that they used the wrong type of coolant for my vehicle, which would in turn cause it to malfunction and damage the radiator, and other components. I am ashamed that this wasn’t taken care of during the week long hold of my vehicle. This could have caused me a headache down the road if I didn’t catch it.
Funny, they gave me an expired cookie and a business card when they finished. Thanks, I guess.
