I once read that you should have three people in your life you can really trust: a butcher, a lawyer, and a mechanic. Randy and Josh have absolutely earned my trust. I know that they will always present me with the most cost effective repair options. I feel like it’s really «them and me» against the repair, rather than an opportunity for them to maximize their profits. Plus they are always great about explaining what went wrong with my car — it’s a learning transaction, not just a financial transaction. If you own an import, Randy’s is the place to take it.

This has been my go to mechanic for several years now with Subarus. The family has also been there for a Honda and a few Toyotas. Randy and Josh do some great work and are always up front/​honest before digging in. These guys know what they are doing, are trustworthy, timely and friendly.

My family has taken a two cars (Honda and Subaru) here over the past few years. We continue to use their shop today. The owners know what they are doing and are good at explaining the mechanics to customers. They have decent rates and offer solid advice — even for recommending tires and other service beyond their shop. They are easy to work with, consistent with scheduling and completion of work. It is great to do business with them.
