Beautiful quiet, rooms, comfy beds, and delicious food. Kerri was especially accommodating during our stay. Wished we had more time just to spend at the bnb. Would stay again in a heartbeat. Just a lovely place.

Stayed there twice and would highly recommend it to anyone who hasn’t had the experience of a B&B, this will place will keep you coming back! Very relaxed. clean comfortable, great rooms everything you could want. Kerri makes you feel like you’er at home but you have all the privacy you want. Don’t pass this up for some same old same old motel!!! And the breakfast you won’t believe, can’t say much more. Try it you won’t be disappointed. Go for the Chain O Lakes Blues fest in early Oct… better book now!

My family recently had a family reunion in Waupaca, and half of our group stayed at this beautiful bed and breakfast for a long weekend. I can’t say enough nice things about the home, the owners, the food, the atmosphere, and the attention to detail the owners put into every aspect of your experience. 12 of us had clean plates 3 morning in a row– Kerry’s food puts any restaurant in Waupaca to shame! I would go back just for the food! Our room was perfect, great bed and sheets, all the comforts of home. Location is also nice with a pretty trail along the river. Will definitely be returning to this B&B!

Recently stayed here for a weekend… Wow what a great place! We have experienced a few great B&B’s, but nothing as great as this one. The owners attention to the smallest of detail is quite impressive; everything from the amazing breakfast to the atmosphere when you walk in. Breakfast was especially outstanding! They are totally accommodating to every guests dietary needs… No scraps left on anybody’s plates! Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, and had the perfect amount of privacy. I highly recommend this gem to anyone staying in or around Waupaca!

Have visited the Apple Tree Lane Bed & Breakfast before and am still amazed by what a relaxing, comfortable, lovely place it is to stay. The grounds are gorgeous(be sure to walk down to the Crystal River… it’s beautiful!). The gourmet breakfast was outstanding(eggs benedict, fresh fruit, delicious homemade scones, yum!). And, the hostess, Kerri, could not be more accommodating. We stayed in the Master Suite, which is a large room with a very big, comfy bed. I especially like the back porch… it’s my place of choice for morning coffee and an afternoon cocktail. Go stay there and tell them Denise sent you!

My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful three nights at Apple Tree Lane Bed & Breakfast over the 4th of July, and we were so impressed by the wonderful, thoughtfully prepared breakfast, clean & cosy rooms, and kind inn keepers. We definitely plant to go back and can’t recommend this place enough. You will not be disappointed!

We just finished a trip to the Midwest Renewable Energy Association(MREA) Fair and stayed at the Apple Tree Lane Bed and Breakfast. At first I looked at hotels in Stevens Point or near Custer however I found that the nightly rate was similar and so much lovelier. Plus the food is a lot better than the plastic wrapped«continental breakfast» you get at most places. We had a lovely and unexpectedly romantic time — Kerri and Mike really have found the right balance of cozy without it being stiflingly cute, delicious food without relying on shock or odd combinations, and a lovely home to be in. We sat with the owner Kerri and other guests on a covered porch sipping wine and enjoying a lovely conversation. And the bed … best I ever slept in. We never made it to meditation rock because of our schedule but plan on it when we go back in the winter and next spring. I highly recommend — especially for intergenerational travel.

I stayed at the Apple Tree Bed & Breakfast four nights a week from February 2013 — May 2013 while traveling on business. I highly recommend the bed & breakfast. I stayed in most of the rooms during my time there and all the beds are comfortable. There are iPhone chargers in all the rooms, and there was complimentary WiFi, which allowed for both the ability to work after hours and to surf the Internet when relaxing. There was also plenty of privacy, but at the same time Kerri and Mike, the innkeepers, made me feel at home. Early each morning there was coffee and Kerri always made sure I had a travel mug to take into work. Additionally, Kerri was nice enough to offer me dinner several times during the long bleak winter. I stayed at one of the newer hotels in Waupaca during my first trip, and while I had no big complaints, it was just average across the board, while the Apple Tree Bed & Breakfast had those extra touches of home all in a ultra comfortable peaceful and private space. Thanks Kerri and Mike for making the winter bearable!
