O’Reilly Auto Parts

I can always rely on friendly service at O’Reilly. Like, o’really — I never have had a bad experience.
At this particular location I was approached to help find the correct wiper blades — didn’t even have to ask for help.
Look for sales/​rebates. Join the rewards club. O, O, O, O’Reilly — is my go to car parts place.

This store gets five stars for staff member, Timothy. He went above and beyond to help me with a burned out headlight and I couldn’t be happier.
I had come in the week before to get some air filters and a replacement headlight bulb and the clerk (sorry, I forgot his name!) that time was very helpful and got me everything I needed. Over the weekend I tried to replace the bulb but it didn’t fit. When I came in the second time, Timothy helped me figure out that I asked for the wrong one and quickly resolved the problem. He came outside with me to check the lights, went back in for the correct bulb, put the old one back in, put the new correct one in and checked all of them over again. He even made me feel better about my mistake: «That’s alright, ma’am, that’s called livin’ and learnin’.» Indeed! That was above and beyond, super friendly service that was GREATLY appreciated.

Our car burns a small amount of oil. Not much but enough that I try to keep a quart of oil in the trunk and check the level every week. I was out getting coffee and KICKING MY ERRAND LIST’S ASS when I stopped into this O’Reilly Auto Parts.
I was greeted by two associates. They asked what I was looking for. I told them and they looked up what oil my car took. They rattled off the oil weight and then nothing. I walk back to this gigantic wall of oil. I couldn’t remember the oil weight they said. I go back to the counter. They tell me the name again without offering to help. JUST TAKE ME AND POINT TO WHAT OIL I NEED. It’s ten yards from behind the counter to the oil display.

Heard good things about Jay. Sure knows how to take care of those pesky Hyundai headlights! friendly, helpful staff.

Brand new, clean new store, directly across the street from Ted’s Ice Cream.
The store manager and clerk are extraordinary, service oriented folks who couldn’t do enough for me when I came in and asked about two different issues.
Highly recommend this place; especially because it is brand new.
