I’ve driven down this part of North Avenue many many times and never noticed the S&J Popcorn Wagon being open for business. Last night was my lucky night — it was a pleasant 75 degrees, windows on the car down and I noticed the warm yellow glow coming from the red and yellow wagon. I look at my wife, «popcorn?». We parked beside the wagon and the first thing I heard was Bob Uecker calling a Brewers’ game. The gentleman inside greeted me and I ordered a small buttered popcorn for $ 1.25. This «small» popcorn was actually very large. Having to use napkins to not get greasy butter and salt on my wife’s BMW steering wheel: priceless.
