The place looks beautiful and great amenities but.
I recently applied to The Reserve in Wauwatosa, an apartment community.
As part of the application process they requested $ 520 — $ 500 for the deposit, and $ 20 for the application fee.
They declined me, which is understandable as I have poor credit due to some medical bills, still trying to clean that up,
they said the rest of the money — $ 500 — would not be returned for up to 21 more days.
This of course is quite inconvenient, especially in the time around moving.
Also the form is extremely long invasive on a TSA scale, asking for SSN, full bank accounts and all assets listing, exact bank account numbers, balances, license plate numbers, you name it.
