I happened upon this shop the other day, after hearing good things about it. I was not disappointed! I love this this store! Unlike a lot of secondhand or consignment clothing stores, U-Turn actually has some *very* nice items and they are reasonably priced for the quality. They did have quite a few higher end brands, but more importantly, they had a fairly good mix of sizes and types of clothing. I also noticed that the store sells some hand-made jewelry(from local artists, I believe?) which is a special touch you don’t usually see. Two thumbs up from me, U-turn!

I’m pretty impressed with U-Turn. I was looking to consign as I had a lot of really good stuff that doesn’t fit anymore. I figured, why not at least try to get something for it, right? Their website is pretty clear on what they want & what they don’t but as a general rule they’re looking for higher end brands(Ann Taylor, Talbots, Banana Republic) and take both nicer casual wear as well as work apparel. They do ask that all items be pressed and clean when you bring things in. I brought in a ton of items and they took the majority of it & what they didn’t take made sense. I mean, it’s my own fault I had 45 pairs of black dress pants, right? Anyway, the process was easy & painless and 60 days later they called to tell me I had a check ready. You have the option of donating your leftover stuff or picking it up. I did a pick up and everything was folded neatly and bagged — they are really are organized here. A lot of my stuff sold so I was pretty happy with the amount I received as a payout. Again, it was really a hassle free experience. The store itself is larger than it appears from the outside and it looks like all of the racks are well organized. It’s clean too — definitely none of that musty«thrift store» smell. A nice bonus is well lit changing rooms. If you’re into accessories they’ve got a good selection of consigned bags & shoes as well as some new jewelry. Overall, they’ve got a pretty robust selection that includes plus sizes. The people that run U-Turn are friendly, not at all snotty and really made the process simple. They’re super organized & I’m glad I consigned my stuff here!

This shop is awesome. Hand-selected vintage and designer items of great quality. It’s a consignment store, but on this day I was looking to buy and I lucked out. Three awesome sweaters and a necklace for about $ 50! The staff were friendly and helpful but also let you browse in peace, which I really like. One of my favorite things is that they don’t use plastic bags. They repurpose t-shirts into bags! I highly recommend this shop.
