All banks suck, but this bank is nice. I was able to open up a checking account on line. Very convenient. I had to call customer service, and a real live friendly human answered the phone. I seriously could not believe that a person answered the phone. (I am used to TCFs horrible phone line, going through voice jail for ten minutes and still not getting anyone to talk to) Close to home.
