Established in 2007.

McAllister Renovation & Design, LLC (previously Old Town Renovation Corp) is a family-​owned renovations company owned by Mike McAllister (a licensed Residential NC General Contractor) & Paige McAllister. We specialize in custom residential projects, working with our clients from planning to completion to tailor their projects (including materials, budget, schedule) to meet their needs, goals and visions.

Mike & Paige McAllister began their residential renovations company when they moved to the south Charlotte area of NC in 2007. Previously, Mike co-​owned Old Town Renovations in Palm Beach, FL, established in 2001.

Mike McAllister is a licensed Residential NC General Contractor. He has over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial renovations, owning his own company for the past 11 years. During this time, he has gained hands-​on experience in every phase of a project — planning, budgeting, design, permitting, execution, completion, and follow-​up. Mike works with clients to create options which meet project goals as well as budgets.
