Went in for a state inspection. The people there were courteous and friendly, was in and out within 30 minutes. The waiting area was clean, coffee was ready. The free WiFi was an added bonus!

We always get great service from the crew at Summerfield and the prices are more than fair, and the work seems excellent. It’s real bonus to have the late hours during the week and open on Sundays… especially for our small town of Waxhaw. It’s nice to go in to a place where the owner is always there to help you even if it’s something simple like plugging a tire.

We have been going to Summerfield in Waxhaw since 2005. Had a bad experience at another local shop when I first moved here, so decided to go to someone else for my next repair. Doug has kept my little PT Cruiser on the road for many years. They have the best mechanics and they know their stuff. They are also open late in the evenings as well as Sundays!

I was up against the wall with time running out for my state inspections on a couple of vehicles. I called just up the road and they couldn’t take me for another 5 days! So my Mother mentioned she had great service there and I don’t know why I didn’t call them first! They said to just bring them in, whenever was convenient for me and they’ll get them done. I did and they did as promised and on time.
VERY Friendly, very customer oriented. I will not hesitate to go back.

Love Summerfield! They take such good care of my cars and ultimately us. On vacation on summer, we had a blow out on our jeep which doesn’t have a typical tire on it. We called Summerfield from 4 hours away to see if the manager could direct us where to look. he took the time to call around to all the place in the mountains where we were. Although he wasn’t successful in finding us a tire (we did have a spare but didn’t want to chance off roading without another), he was successful in wining our loyalty!
