Poor service. Had a small hiccup at this store and instead of being offered an apology, was told «it’s no big deal.» They should know that anyone wanting to spend a large amount of money needs to feel satisfied in both service and quality of the good. An unfortunate situation. Will not visit this store again. Would not recommend them.

This place is a true old time Jeweler. You can negotiate well on high quality pieces. not the China sourced hollow junk with low quality diamonds found in other stores. they also repair and size jewelry while you wait and they do it well. They will clean your jewelry and check your stones for free also. I don’t usually believe in coming to the «MAUL» jewelers to get mauled, but this place is a true jeweler. It’s next to Zales. which I like to call «The Beast» …lowest of the low quality jewelry stores. With the death of Hannoush (who’s old business structure was being a real jeweler. now more like Zales), I found Almaari and this place has been wonderful. To get a similar experience you would have to go to the Jewelers building in Boston at this point.
