We had used State Road in the past and the experience was fine. This time we had two projects for State Road. They fixed the first car, but did additional work without checking with us and expected us to pay for this work even though we did not request it. They were pretty nasty when I refused to pay. Mike asked if we were calling his technician a liar when we know for a fact that the work was not needed; he then proceeded to ask if we were calling him a liar. This encounter was unpleasant and unexpected and not a good way to create a positive relationship with your customers. At Mike’s suggestion, we took the second car to another auto body shop. Ironically enough, that shop fixed the second vehicle on the spot for free — State Road wanted us to leave the car for a few days and were going to charge $ 1100 for it! Needless to say we have found a great new Auto Body shop.

They do great work. Have brought two cars here for post-accident repairs, one of them multiple times. Cars look like new when they’re done. They work closely with the adjusters to make sure the job gets done right. Very good attention to detail.

At the advice of family members, I opted for here as opposed to the less well reviewed body shop my insurance company tried to set me up with. They had my back when this insurance company tried to stick me with a poor quality after market part, and the quality of the work looks great so far. Also, I was not expecting it to be completed as quickly as it once, once work was begun. I am very pleased with all the interactions I had with the staff here as well. Thanks, guys!

Have had several body repairs done here. High quality work. Timely. Great people to deal with.
