I was a Human Resources Executive so, do not offer positive reviews often or lightly. Dana has been our Imac support for 6 years and is consistently professionally excellent and a pleasure. He is highly professional, an excellent communicator, beyond knowledgeable, prompt, courteous, charges reasonable rates and not infrequently, goes above and beyond. Apple professionals are astonished at how
long our I mac has lived and it is all because of Wayland Computer. Additionally, he has character, there have been a few times when he has popped by and refused to give us a bill. I am straining and cannot think of one negative. As far as we are concerned, he is one of those rare professionals, who dazzles every time.
