What a disappointment and really a shock to find this A&P more of an old Pathmark store. The few cars in the parking lot at 5:30pm weekday made me think, but I braved it anyway. Now I know why. And by the way, Robert, you need to continue school as your customer service skills are zero. Stay away!

Ok place to shop. Not that packed so that helps. Reasonably priced, ok selection, good deli. The cashiers are very slow but nice.

I stopped in cause I thought I would check out their bakery area. I used to have an A and P near me, in Independence, Missouri.(It’s now an antique mall, like other older stores often become in Independence.) I really wanted to buy a couple of cookies, and bypass going into a diner. But this A and P has no bright produce or bright anything. I am used to huge, in your face, Hy Vees. This A and P is little, with narrow aisles and is exciting choices. It reminds me a tiny neighborhood Concentinos, which is a local, Kansas City grocery store. I went to buy the new brown rice Triscuit, which I bought. I wanted a large selection of cheese. Every box of Triscuit seemed either cut in unpacking, or severally damaged. I think I got the only unmanaged box. Their cheese wasn’t ingesting either, nothing in a small package… whatever… I wanted something like goat cheese, and only a small quantity. I am not going to be here long enough to spend over a few dollars on cheese. It all seemed high. A and P wasn’t very exciting… time to move along.

No organic aisle and there always an epic check out line because there’s only one or two registers open. Horrible! Plus the parking lot is always a mess with traffic.
