History

Established in 1986.

Kevin Frasco, president of Craig Custom Builders, Inc. started the company in 1986 specializing in framing high end residential homes. Kevin had already spent a decade of hands-​on framing for both residential and commercial projects. His knack for leading and managing projects led him to transform the company into a general contracting firm in 2000 specializing in large scale home renovations and new custom home building.

As owner and president of Craig Custom Builders, Kevin maintains the highest standard of quality and creativity in all of his projects. He has been nationally recognized by the prestigious Hanley Wood Remodeling Magazine as a BIG 50 award winner. He has also been recognized on both state and local levels being voted into the New Jersey Builders Association’s Remodeler Hall of Fame and awarded Builder of the Year. He served 3 years as the President of the Builders and Remodelers Association of Northern New Jersey. Kevin’s projects have been featured on national television on ‘Inside Edition’ and published in various magazines including Builder/​Architect and Home and Style. Having owned his own business for all of these years in the industry Kevin has taken continuing education courses at NJIT for Construction Engineering and Fairleigh Dickenson for Construction Methods, earning several certifications and designations.
