History
Established in 2012.
Creperie Bechamel was established in June of 2012 by the newlywed team of Patrick and Jennifer Yasaitis. It was the couples first date at a creperie that was the inspiration for the idea and their love of cooking with fresh ingredients and bold flavors that led them to open Creperie Bechamel.

Business Owner
Jennifer Yasaitis is co-owner of Creperie Bechamel and resident pastry chef. She is a Restaurant School graduate and bakes all of the treats from the creperie’s bakeshop.
