Only giving them one star because i cant give them ZERO!!! Called today because i recently went into this footlocker and bought sneakers(12 pairs to be exact!) im packing for my vacation and i see that a pair i want to pack are two left feet and they arent even the same size shoe. Mind you i havent even touched these shoes yet until today! So i call the store i explain the issue i then get put on hold.(He has to talk to the manager) he gets back on the phone asks what the shoe is and the size i need. I get put on hold again then they hang up on me!!! I call back it rings twice and i hear click… ive been calling for the last half an hour and«the phone is busy». Total bull!!! Its their mistake and they dont want to fix it! Very unprofessional! Mad that i bought 12 pairs of sneakers from this place… Finally got trough to them on the phone and I’m explaining myself to the woman and she hung up on me as i was talking! I will be calling corporate tomorrow!

Absolutely terrible customer service, went in there to buy my daughter a pair of sneakers took forever to get someone to help us and when we finally did they did not have my daughter size, so we wind up buying the sneaker that was on display and when I asked if they could give me a discount they said no, you could tell the sneaker was tried on a few times and the bottom look like it has been walked in, they did not go out of their way to try and help a customer they just looked at me like I had two heads, very mean and very unuseful people that work there I do not recommend going there, especially if you are a single mom of three like myself trying to save a little money because they will not help you !!!

I called today for four hours, just to find out if they had a size in a specific size. Not once did they pick up the phone! What kind of professional establishment in retail does that? They will never have my business again! Not this local retailer or any footlocker, physical or online!

Came to the store so my nephew can shop and … Very slow response in taking care of customers as they walk in. There was at least six people on the floor pretending to be busy . One guy yawned so loud it was disturbing ! The cashier try to sell me VIP rewards but didn’t know the«great» features of the VIP membership. If you are going to sell — make sure you know your stuff !!! On the positive note — at least the cashier had enough personality to start convo with us!
