Horrible experience. The doctor’s front staff person was just awful. I realize that she is not employed by Costco but it always surprises me when I get really poor customer service with anything Costco related. Normally I expect and get superior customer service at Costco from the check-​out to the tire service to returns. But not from this optical department. Not only will I never use this doctor again, I will tell my friends. I guess you get what you pay for…

The fact that I have been going to Dr. Kahwaty for fifteen years should be endorsement enough. During that time I have lived in St. Louis for 4 years and DC for 1 year, and I still make appointments to see Dr. Kahwaty on my trips back to New Jersey.
She is thorough, cautious, and extremely professional, while at the same time friendly and warm. I cannot recommend her optometry practice highly enough!
