I also manage transactions with all types of financing such as cash, conventional, VA, and FHA loans. I am my clients best resource by providing up to date information on the transaction, explaining the process, answering questions, managing transactions, assessing home values, locating target areas, assisting with negotiations and ensuring a smooth and pleasant transaction.

History

Established in 2013.

I spent the last four years studying at Temple University, Fox School of Business majoring in Real Estate. I’ve enjoyed working since the age of 14 and have had the pleasure of working for TD Bank in their customer service department and Produce Junction as an assistant manager of their Broomall location. My father has been involved with property managment for over 20 years and has been a major influence on my career choice.
