Klean Paws Mobile Dog Grooming

Sharon has been grooming my GoldenDoodle for 5yrs and I would not change her for the world! Harley loves her to death! When her truck rolls into the driveway his tail goes crazy and when she comes to the door to greet him he goes with her with delight!

Similar experience to previous review. I was recommended to Klean Paws by my neighbor, who seems to use her often. I called and her voicemail said she was on vacation and would return on Monday. I left a message letting her know I wanted to schedule an appointment and providing a call-​back number. When I didn’t receive a call back by Thursday of the following week, I tried again. The same message was on the voicemail, even though it was past the date it said she would be back. I left another message. Never heard back.

I agree – voicemail message was very curt and specifically mentioned to expect a delay in callbacks. I waited a week, then gave up. My $ 70 is in someone else’s pocket now.

She doesn’t return calls, I made an appointment she decided not to keep then never heard from her again, despite leaving a couple messages on her voicemail.
First visit my pup wasn’t groomed particularly well but I figured I’d give it one more shot. I guess after finding out that she’s not particularly interested in keeping people happy, I’m just as well off.
