Midtown Square Apartments

This place is infested with mice! Beware. I tried to give them time to fix the issue, but they kept telling me to just buy traps. I would hear scratching in the walls and they wouldn’t send an exterminator until I paid my rent. He said he didn’t see any. I caught 4 and maintenance caught 3. And there were two when I got home from work one night.
I called the office again the next morning and Janet (office staff who by the way drinks profusely and uses the name of God too loosely shame on her) said she would set up some sticky paper. That didn’t do anything. I had to get a cat just to get some peace of mind and I don’t like cats.
Finally I made the choice to move out because I have a small child. And my lease expired. I did not renew and they actually had the nerve to charge me because I didn’t give them 30 days. Horrible, awful neighborhood. Halls smell like people who don’t shower and smoke. One washer and dryer in a run down basement. Just disgusting. Would be homeless before I lived in this ever again. Don’t recommended to anyone you care about.
