History

Established in 2000.

Starting as an offering from an electrical contracting firm, Elite Systems Solutions through training and additional offerings became a full service Electronics Systems Contracting firm. We are a founding member of Home Lighting Control Alliance, as well as a member of the Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association (CEDIA), the Consumer Electronics Association’s (CEA) TechHome Division. Multi-​Room Audio/​Video (MRAV) council and their Small Business Council. Elite Systems Solutions has a DIgital Home Technology Integrator (DHTI+) professional on staff as well as an ESPA Certified Electronic Systems Technician (EST). We are a 2010 Electronic House «Home of the Year» Award winner, in the «Best Integrated Home $ 15,000 — $ 50,000» category.

Business Owner

Ric has been the driving force in bringing Elite Systems Solutions to the full service Electronic Systems Contractor that it is today. Ric works with the areas leading architects, interior designers, builders and developers, and home owners to bring quality, affordable systems to market.

Ric is a nationally known speaker on Home Automation, energy management, and lighting control. Ric has been a Subject Matter Expert in the development of the CEA-​CompTIA DHTI+ certification and with the ESPA Certified EST Certification. Ric recently was the Content Provider (developer) for the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) University of Housing’s Home Technology course. Ric also recently completed a training course for CEDIA. RIc is a CEDIA CCI instructor.

Ric serves on the Board of CEA’s TechHome Division, MRAV council and Small Business Council. He serves as chair of CEA’s Builder Outreach. Ric is also a board member of NAHB’s Home Technology Alliance (HTA).
