Wine and Paint @ Pinot’s Palette

Thank you Aaron for a great evening! Nothing says relaxing from a day at work like gathering with your fellow Unilocalers and painting a Tuscan scene.
Our leader Anne was great with showing us how to transform that white canvas into a work of art. You got your own work space, with an easel, the canvas, a table for supplies and plenty of lighting to see your work.
There were plenty of liquids flowing and goodies to eat and great music to keep our mojo going. While I’m no artist, it was fun to create this piece of art.

The Unilocal Elite «Wine and Paint» event at Pinot’s Palette was my first Elite event and it was awesome! Our instructor, Anna, was very upbeat and personable. She provided great instructions for painting our canvas and even encouraged us to do our own thing if we wanted too.
Pinot’s Palette’s interior is charming and kept clean! The room our event was held in had its own bar/​break room area where drinks snacks were laid out. This is a great place for entertaining a large group!
The music was also great! Anna played old 90’s music through Pandora… so it was great to relive our younger years through some of those songs.
I had a great time meeting other Unilocalers and exploring my creative side at Pinot’s Palette. Thanks Aaron for arranging this event and I can’t wait for the next one!

I had a great time at Tuesday’s Pinot’s Palette Event in Webster Groves. I went with water instead of wine or beer and I munched on many of the snacks. It was great catching up with newer Unilocalers and those I already knew. As always, it was wonderful to see Patt C. and Aaron.
The painting of the evening was a Tuscan field, and it was fairly easy to do. Anna was a fun and efficient instructor. She told us that it was okay to make our own creative decisions. I went with Christmas trees instead of surfboard trees, and I love the result. My masterpiece is now resting on the mantle, and I really like it. Thank you, Pinot’s Palette, and Aaron, for arranging such a fun event!

Thank you Aaron for a super fun evening! We painted a Tuscan scene with leader Anne and I had a fabulous time. I love the set up at this Pinot’s because everyone has their own space with an easel, their canvas, a table for the supplies and it doesn’t feel cramped. Anne led us through the painting and answered questions as we went. It’s amazing how they take someone not so creative and make them feel like Monet! (Ok, that’s stretching, but you get it.) There were plenty of drinks and snacks and lots of 90s jams to keep us pumped up! Such a fun time! Thanks again!

We had wonderful snacks and beverages — as well as socializing — before painting began. Lots of elbow room for artistic flare.
Anna, our instructor, was terrific, and another Pinot’s person was observing progress and giving encouragement.
We had some nice break times while paint dried, during which we could replenish our artistic splendiferousness with snacks and beverages.
It was great to meet new folks, see folks I know and meet folks I’ve known only online.
