These guys do all the locks in my building for management. My landlord also uses them them as well. I was using them when Wayne would even come out to do the work. He still owns the place but is running a different business in Bacliff.
Always affordable and Yobi the tech that usually comes out is a very polite guy that knows his stuff. Works quick and answers all your questions should you have any.
Have used them for car keys and house keys and lock installs. I will side with one of the other posters. This locksmith has been around for a long time. Support your local business and give them a call if you need something.

I had been trying to deal with a Dealership in Alvin to have my keys reprogrammed after I had to have a new key made out of town when my keys were lost. The dealership wanted $ 115 per key to reprogram.
I called a any kind lock and safe and spoke with Juan. I came in to the shop after work. Juan reprogrammed all 3 keys for $ 35 and made 7 other household key replacements. He did everything I needed for under $ 50.
I would recommend this shop to all my friends. Great fast service, polite, professional, a-​1 service

I went here a few weeks back to get a new car key made. They had sent out an advertisement through the mail for 15% off so I figured I would check out a local shop instead of going to the dealership. Not sure what was going on this specific day, but it was very backed up and there was one employee there. There was a little bit of confusion as to what was where and what was in stock…
Long Story Short: At the end of the day, I got a new car key (with chip) made and it cost me about $ 60 which was $ 100 LESS than what the Nissan dealership quoted me at. I’ll call that a win.
