Specialties
At Barbazzar, we invite you to indulge with us in delicious flavor and freshness.
Focused on specialty coffee, we bring you worldly roasts to your cup to ensure that each sip tells a story. With quality first, we craft everything from the finest ingredients to make sure our artisan servings are of the utmost flavor.
Aside from our roasts, our menus range from artisan sandwiches to both savory and sweet crepes. Try our Smoked Salmon crêpe of dill bechamel, capers, and red onions– or our famous Nutella crêpe topped with strawberries, bananas, apples and whipped cream to treat yourself. From crepes, sandwiches, fresh salads, to craft beer, wine, and homemade desserts there is something for everyone to enjoy at Barbazzar.
From a delicious bite to a crafted «pick-me-up», come taste the difference with Barbazzar!
History
Established in 2015.
Barbazzar was created as a result of an MBA business plan project for one of the owners, Andrew Beasley. The original idea was to allow customers to come in and create their own customized chocolate bar and have it made right before their eyes. This idea soon grew to be so much more. Realizing that chocolate needed a partner the owners’ added coffee, but not your ordinary coffee. Barbazzar roasts coffee on-site which allows them to pick and choose which crops, from around the world, they want to feature. Barbazzar roasted and «cupped» hundreds of different coffees before it settled on a handful to be represented in the store. Fresh fruit smoothies and juices came next with no preservatives or artificial flavorings added. Then the idea of a European-style café took off. From crepes, sandwiches, fresh salads, to craft beer, wine, and homemade desserts there is something for everyone to enjoy at barbazzar.
