Chris Ross – State Farm Insurance Agent

If there was an option for negative stars he would get –10. My experience with Chris Ross was absolutely horrific. Let me begin by saying that his employees are absolutely delightful. I had an appointment with one of his employees I believe his name was Matt or maybe it was Mark, I’m not sure but the meeting was going very well, he was very knowledgeable and polite, he answered all my questions. About 20 minutes in it all went wrong Chris Ross came in and started talking to me about my retirement accounts, I told him I was very happy with my financial advisor, he continued to pressure me into talking about my retirement accounts, I appreciate the fact that he was trying to help but I was not there to talk about that, he would not get off of that topic it was a very large turn off. Then the worst part came, he stared at me very awkwardly without saying anything, it made me very uncomfortable I wanted to leave at this point, he continued on the retirement stuff almost putting me down, he was basically trying to bully me into it. This guy is a horrible person and honestly I don’t know how he is still in business, maybe his employees carry him because I found it very hard to be in the same room as him. I can only assume that they are getting paid well to put up with him. The way he treats people is horrendous, he needs to get off his high horse and treat people better, I cannot be the only one that this has happened to, he would probably get more business if he wasn’t so arrogant.
