By far the best place to get any work done on your vehicle. As a single woman I’m always concerned about getting taken advantage of when it comes to car issues. They are always honest, SHOW she me issues and go above and beyond to make things right in a timely manner. The owner is so involved and runs a great business. This place is great! Very professional and helpful, and yes, sometimes not the cheapest, but truthfully, I want quality over quantity when I’m driving my car. I mean, this is the thing that gets me safely from point A to point B on Houston’s freeways.
I have a new car now, so I don’t see them very often, thank goodness, but I used to be here a lot when I old my older car. Recently though I had a tire that kept going down; they aired it up for me, but it kept losing air. Crap. I had something in it. And since I bought a new, bigger car, it has wonderfully expensive big Goodyear tires. Luckily they were able to patch it up (it was nail close to the edge) and hopefully now I won’t have to spend $ 300 on a new tire.
They offer shuttle service if needed. Plus they really go out of their way to offer exceptional customer service.
Bobby, Chris, JC, and Adrian are all great guys, who know their stuff. Actually everyone there is knowledgeable, but these are the guys that my husband and I deal with mostly. I would recommend this place to anyone that need service for their car, minor or major, they will take care of you!

Very good service and very nice. Pricing is also good. We had a lot of things that needed to be done at 110k miles and they did in a day. They provide free shuttle to and from home/​work. Adrian was very helpful.

I was referred here by my husband who had to have his jeep towed here. I had to have my car towed in and the tow truck was there in less than an hour, called out by CLAS. These guys have been so very friendly and very helpful. There was a slight misunderstanding on my part when the car would be ready and I didn’t have a car, so they gave me a loaner car. That to me is going above and beyond! I need some more work done and I will most definitely be coming back to use Clear Lake Auto Services. I just moved into the area from AZ. I went in for an oil change. It only took an hour. The customer service was perfect. Adrian is very friendly and attentive. This is definitely the place to go with all your auto repair and maintenance needs.

I moved to the area and decided to use these guys and see what they had to offer. I’m big on good customer service and they provided just that! They went above and beyond just for my oil change. Everyone was smiling and very willing to help. I will continue to come here:)

These guys are the best. I am out of the country much of the time and totally trust them to maintain two vehicles for my wife. They are professional in their service and offer a nontechnical explanation as to what service is required. They always treat her as they would care for their mother or wife.
Additionally, we have started to buy tires from here, surprisingly at a cost similar to the box tire stores.

My father has been using this place for 15 years and not once has he given it anything short of a five star rating. I recently needed to have the AC repaired and I was blown away with the customer service and skill of these dudes. Fantastic communication, wonderful service, efficient, will definitely go back. Thanks to Adrian for the shuttle service and to Chris for brilliant customer interaction.

I’ve been in to this shop to have two of my cars worked on. One is a 1969 Camaro and the other is a 2000 Honda, so they can work on a word variety of cars. They are super fast and courteous. I’d recommend this shop to anyone.

Brought my diesel truck in here and let me be frank. I have been through quite a few mechanics and always ended up being disappointed either through unsatisfactory repairs or feeling that they were fixing things that went above and beyond what was needed in order to increase their profits.
These guys are HONEST AND THOROUGH. I could not be more satisfied and no I don’t work for them and have no ulterior motives except that I would like other people to feel good when leaving a car repair facility

I have lived in the Clear Lake area for many years, and thought there was no other option for auto care for my Land Rover and Jaguar other than the painful drive to the closest dealer. About 4 months ago, I heard they worked on foreign autos at Clear Lake Auto Service and decided to give them a shot. I am so glad that I did. The guys there are friendly and professional. The service is excellent and they will even give you a ride to or from your work/​home to help you out if you need to drop off a vehicle. They are now my only auto repair shop and I tell all my friends and family about them. Do yourself a favor and check them out.

This is an excellent auto shop. We were referred to them by a friend in Oct 2012, and we have had both of our cars in a couple of times over the past 10 months. The work quality and customer service is always spectacular (John who works there is especially thorough and friendly). They always do a detailed inspection of our vehicles to find the root cause of the issue, and we never feel that they are recommending excessive work to remedy the problem. The prices are reasonable compared to other auto shops, and the friendly service, technical knowledge and work quality have kept us coming back. Highly recommended.

I have been driving past this place for years always laughing at the dummies they have «fixing» cars in front of the shop. Dressing them up for holidays. But I never would have thought I would need their services at 7 in the morning.
Had to do some quick tire fixing around 6:45 this morning. I drove around Clear Lake looking for a place that was open. I got here around 7:05 and they were open! I was amazed!
I pulled in and asked if they could fix my tire or put my spare on. The guy at the counter said they would first see if they could fix it then decide about the spare. Then said it would be done in about 30 minutes.
I sat down and waited for them to finish. They got it done in 30 minutes and it only cost $ 20! I was so impressed how quickly they got it done so early in the morning. Everyone was very polite. I had tons of stuff left in my car and I could tell they never touched any of it. Next time I need car repair in Clear Lake this is where I’m going!
