It’s been a couple of months since my appointment but I’m lazy about reviewing… anyways. Problematic from the get-​go! The chick at the check in couldn’t find the appointment that I booked on their website. I wanted to have a consultation with a spa services person, was told she was busy and I could see the doctor instead. After a short wait I went in to see Dr. Sra. Right off the bat unfriendly, seemed like she didn’t even wanted to be there. Told her about my concerns, mentioned about wanting laser treatments, she said… YEAH, THEY’RE GOOD. For real? She never once inspected my skin other than looking at me from her chair. So moving along I brought up some questions about pigmentation that I have had my whole life. Her response… If you’ve had that discoloration your whole life there is nothing you can do about it. It won’t respond to any treatment. Dare I ask one more question? — What would you recommend? Without hesitation she replied Vampire Facial. Oh really. How convenient that you just so happen to recommend the most «popular» facial procedure. (Thanks Kim Kardashian!) So yeah. This woman said 3 sentences to me. Then to top it all off my out of pocket consultation was more expensive because I saw the doctor even though I only wanted to see a spa chick. Bye, Felicia!

Dr. Sra is nice enough, but her staff and the assistants there are terrible! After my visit, I was told that my prescriptions had been sent to the pharmacy, but when I showed up, they said that there was no order placed. So I called and left several messages with the staff – voicemails, spoke with several different nurses, and finally had to resort to emailing the doctor– but I got zero responses. After a WEEK later, someone from the office called me and said, «I just got your message». I said that I had been trying to reach them for a week, her response was, «What do you want?» (So much for actually READING my message). If you want to deal with staff who hate their job and take it out on clients, this is the place for you.

Can’t say I was impressed. Came here to ask about a few different things. It felt very rushed and I don’t know that I entirely believe their answers.
It took over an hour to be seen, for what was a 5 minute visit with Dr Sra.
The girl assisting Dr Sra seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. Maybe it was an off day for them but I expect more for what you pay to be seen (I paid out of pocket to skip having to get a referral from my PCP)

Sent my husband to see Dr. Sra. She actually laughed at him for asking to have lesions treated. She said, «That’s what old people get.» VERY unprofessional. I would not go back there if it were free.

I’ve been visiting all three Dermatological Association of Texas offices for years. Every physician within the practice is extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled and above all have patient care top of mind. The staff at each location is very professional and go above and beyond to make patients feel welcome and at ease.
I know several people, of varying skin types, who put their trust in the methods, diagnoses and treatments they receive from each Dermatologist at the practice. I highly recommend Dermatological Association of Texas for anyone looking to improve the overall health of their skin

Dr. Sra was kind enough to get me in to see her esthetician (Randee) at the last minute. Randee was right on time. She was very professional and friendly. I LOVE the Teamine eye cream that was recommended to me. The office is beautiful – reminds me of a spa (rather than a doc’s office).

Watchout for over billing
Treatment of up to 14 lesions is one price but the 15^th will cost you $ 125 bucks.

As a pale girl in a sunny climate, I fear the sun. OK, maybe not the sun, but defnitely sunburns and skin cancer. So, I love my dermatologist office and how helpful they are!
I was seen by a doctor for skin checks (moles or any abnormalities) and given a prescription for Rosacea. I was also seen by someone from the «spa» end of their services for laser treatment. Pretty cool for that of all to be wrapped up in my appt.
