Kids ‘R’ Kids Learning Academy of Space Center

Teachers are very nice and extremely hands on with teaching the kids new things. My daughter comes home every day amazing me with all of the new things she is learning. We all know how impatient our LO’s are at times and I applaud the teachers here at Kids R Kids for having such PATIENCE and CARE for the children. Management is very welcoming to you and your children every morning. I’m very pleased with my experience here at kids r kids and would recommend it to every parent.

well, this is a beautiful school. they teach your kids a lot and they cook fresh meals for your kids for breakfast and lunch. however, the management team are very pretentious and very rude and condescending when you talk to them. Especially, the red head with the LISP. (you know who you are…) She really had us fooled when we were enrolling our daughter with her sweetness but after that, she was such a smart ass to us every single time we had a question or issue. besides all that though, what other issues did we have? well, for one my daughter was in the explorer room. Her teacher loved directing the children from a sitting position constantly. she was nice but pretty darn lazy. her other teachers were good and picked up her slack and were more hands on with the children. there was a time the lazy teacher took the kids outside to play and because my daughter didn’t want to wear her jacket (she was 3 at the time btw), she said, «ok!» and we later pick her up in the 50 degree weather with that sorry ass excuse because our child refused to put on her jacket. i’m sorry?! who is the adult here??? Of course, she was sick the next day which of course we were pissed about because it could have been avoided. there was camera access to the room. (thank goodness). For the most part things were good. On several occasions though, certain kids were HITTING other kids and one day a child pushed my daughter out of line and the teacher never payed attention to any of it. while the same kid proceeds to hit another kid with a BOOK, i am calling from my work to the front desk to have them go and fix the problem because it was still happening live! then, on a weekly basis, cars were getting broken into and they took no accountability for it. people were busting out car windows in their parking lot and they did nothing. for a place that charges so much, you’d think they’d be able to hire someone to walk the grounds to make sure things like that didn’t happen. nope, never happened. After 5 mths of constant no accountability from these people, we just pulled my daughter outta there. i’m hoping it was just a bad location but we would never go back here and never refer anyone here because once you sign that contract, you’re fu*ked.

I can’t say enough good things about KRK space center. I was a stay at home mom previously and taking my two daughters to school was hard! I think I toured 20 schools ranging from private to Montessori and everything in between.
Everyone, not just the teachers, know my kids. They know their personalities and have brought out the best in them. The facility is clean and organized. Any issue with my kids or even staff issue is handled quickly and efficiently.
I want to specifically commend the Ducks room, Miss S., Miss Vivi and Miss Caterina. It brings tears to my eyes how WONDERFUL they are with my youngest. She’s painfully shy and I can see them on the webcam being so nurturing with her and she is laughing and hugging and initiating interactions. It’s amazing. I wish the 3 of them could be her teachers forever. She’s almost 2 and they’ve set a very high bar for what I expect of her future teachers.

This school is defenitly one of the best. The teachers are awesome, they love the kids. The activites are great. They have a splash pad in the back for the hot summer days. They have wheelie days where the kids can bring their bikes. You can watch online, anytime. My daughter has learned so much from them. She knows her alphabet (of course). Numbers 1 – 30. Numbers in tens (10 – 100), colors in spanish. She can even spell her colors! She knows hundreds of songs. She knows about animals and insects. Seasons, holidays, she even knows the entire Pledge of Allegiance! She has been going since she was 1 ½ and she is now about to be 4. I am not looking forward to my daughter having to say goodbye and go to kindergarten next year. I wish she could stay in this school forever!
