Safelite AutoGlass

Quick and easy. I had a tiny rock chip on my windshield and didn’t want it to spread. The repair was free through my insurance, Geico. Repair tech came to my work and fixed it within a half hour and the best part is that the chip is gone! GONE! I was not expecting that… I thought they would just seal it to keep it from spreading, but it’s visibly gone. Amazing.

scheduling was super easy. service was quick. price was GREAT! my mechanics went above and beyond. im beyond impressed and will be back if the need arises! 2 thumbs up! Thanks guys!

BEWARE… I am writing this to save someone else a NIGHTMARE! Safelite is a terrible company and CAN NOT fix your windshield! What their scam is they claim to be able to repair any rock chip smaller than a dollar. Well when they come out they purposely crack your windshield and then right after they crack it they hand you a pamphlet stating «We are not responsible for crackling your windshield while trying to repair it» and then they try to sell you a new windshield ($ 400 for my case). So after Safelite comes out or you go to shop and pay either by insurance or paying yourself they do not care if you aren’t happy with the repair cause now they try to trap you and force you to buy a new windshield from them after purposely cracking your windshield. SAFELITE IS A SCAM — BEWARE I am trying to warn others so you aren’t in my situation. Oh and their «Lifetime Warranty» doesn’t exist SCAM!!!

2011 Subaru Outback
Competitive price and they were ready for my appointment exactly on time. It was as pleasant as replacing a windshield could be. This is my second experience with Satellite. The previous one was mobile service about 4 years ago which continues to be trouble free.

I had to use Safelight because my truck was broken into (not a good experience). I needed service ASAP as I was leaving town, the technician on the phone searched the availability of my glass and shop schedule at every business location they had between League City and New Orleans (my final destination). My glass wasn’t available, but I understood, you can’t have every window for every car just hanging around. The fact that he searched as extensively as he did is what mattered to me. He made me an appointment first thing for the morning I arrived back home at a location I didn’t even know about that was just a few blocks from my house (I thought I was going to have to drive much further). As soon as I showed up the tech at the front desk greeted me, let me know they were waiting for me and offered me some coffee. Not even two minutes after I arrived his guys already had my truck in the service bay getting things taken care of. As one of the techs was washing all of my windows he noticed a small chip in the windshield, he let me know and the customer service tech did some research and found out that my insurance would cover it with no cost to me. He did all the leg work with the insurance and had it repaired at the same time my other window was being replaced. As I did a walk around when all work was done I noticed the guys went the extra mile to clean inside and outside of all of my windows, and not only vacuum up the broken glass inside, but vacuumed the entire interior. Everyone one was very friendly and professional, the shop was spotless inside, and they finished all work, both scheduled and added on, in less than an hour with very high quality finish. Hell, even the free coffee was pretty good. I will highly recommend this shop to everyone I know!!!
