Texas All Smiles

I would like to really thank all smiles dentistry they are top a notch dentist office my daughter recently came in and needed several root canals the doctor graciously worked late and got her taken care of in a very timely matter at a reasonable price. The staff was excellent and extremely professional
I would recommend them to anyone.

I drove 30minutes to an 1130 appointment (girl tried to find every excuse in the book. To NOT schedule on the phone) I arrived at 11:31 an they said I couldn’t be seen. The office manager hung up on me! The previous post is correct the office staff is classless & rude, I’m registering a BBB complaint also.

Don’t make the mistake we made and choose your dentist based upon their hours of operation. We waited for hours, despite having an appointment. They ordered a crown for my daughter and then rescheduled it’s delivery so many times that I finally picked it up and took it and my child to another dentist. Despite working for hours to attempt to make their shoddy crown work, it would not fit. The new dentist also had to work to remove bits of broken tooth and prescribe antibiotics to clear up infection from the crap work of the dentist at Texas All Smiles. They are butchers and I wouldn’t take a dog there for a cleaning. If I could give zero starts, I certainly would.

My children have been going to Texas All Smiles for 3 years now. It is an easy process to make an appointment for both of my children the same day and time. As a single mother I really appreciate the way they accommodate my busy schedule. They are open late which allows me to get my children in after work. The girls at the appointment desk are very friendly and even when they are extremely busy they make you feel like the only person in the room.
I recommend Dr. Strompous and the team at Texas All Smiles to everyone I know.

I rarely give ANY business a five star rating … mainly because I’m a tad high maintenance, therefore HARD to please :)
In the case of Texas All Smiles, I simply have nothing but praise. The staff is great and the technicians and doctors are the most caring I’ve ever met!
I have been going to Dr. Strompous for over two years now. He and his techs go out of their way to accommodate. I have even witnessed their chair side mannerism/​techniques for dealing with children on several occasions. It is simply amazing the compassion and patience Dr. Strompous and his staff have for these little ones.
In addition to my high regard for everything about Texas All Smiles, I simply could not believe the reasonable quote for my braces, crowns, etc. and I certainly did my research.

I’ve TRIED very hard to give this place a fair shake… so, after FOUR visits up there and STILL no relief for my poor son (who has cavities and a dead (rotting) front tooth (from a fall) and in horrible pain — the poor child complains DAILY!)…I’m finally giving up and giving this place a HUGE thumbs down in their overall competence!
Yes, Dr. Stroumpos (the owner) has reached out to me and went out of his way to compel me to give them another chance (which led me to amend my original review…), but after this last visit and COUNTLESS wasted hours… we’re done.
My wife and I have SIX small children; a six year-​old, a four year-​old, THREE two year-​old triplets, and a seven month-​old. Getting ANY child to ANY appointment is an INCREDIBLE exercise in patience (to say the least…). Having to orchestrate this FOUR times with them wanting us to schedule a FIFTH visit is asinine!
A summary of our visits:
Visit 1: My son and I wait (on the floor, due to an overcrowded waiting room) for almost two hours only NOT to be seen!
Visit 2: Dr. Stroumpos compels us to bring my son and the rest of the children back for a «second chance.» This visit went quite well… we scheduled the follow-​up visits for over a month out.
Visit 3: We waited for about an hour only to be told that «Dr. Stroumpos was supposed to be here already. He hasn’t called and we can’t get a hold of him…» Rescheduled for ANOTHER MONTH OUT (while my son waits in pain!!!
Visit 4: I left Dr. Stroumpos a frustrated message expressing my dissatisfaction and he was able to reschedule us for the next week. The same day, his office calls and says they have an opening for a few days out… even better, right?
Nope. We get there and they are FLABBERGASTED by the fact that my two year-​old son will NOT take the oral sedation medicine that they are trying to administer. They then tell me that after attempting to administer the medicine, they cannot try again the same day. I ask to speak to the Dr. (assuming it was Dr. Stroumpos) and speak to some other woman who tells me she isn’t licensed to administer the meds any other way. When I ask her about the other children that don’t want to take bad tasting medicine orally she snidely replies that «most» one year-​olds and two year-​olds do. I inform her that I have SIX of my own… and NONE of them have! She tells me that we have to reschedule AGAIN! I then let her know how DIFFICULT it is to get the planets to align to get these children into an appointment… she says «she understands…» RIGHT. I ask her how many kids she has… thinking she MUST have a bunch to truly be «empathizing» with me… she has ONE.
If we would have known that this was the ONLY way they could administer medicine to my son… we would have waited for Dr. Stroumpos. In my opinion… the staff of Texas Allsmiles dropped the ball… AGAIN.
As far as «Visit 5»…we’ll be looking for another dentist that can complete this work competently… I would advise that YOU do the same (especially if you have small children!).
