We serve thin-crusted, artisan, pizzas – this is a fast, fun style of eating and entertaining. Made from a few tasty, simple ingredients and baked in a fiercely hot 900° oven our pizzas are little masterpieces of taste, texture and proportion.
We also serve Home-Made Arancinis, Fried Calamari, Eggplant Parm Sandwiches, Pastries and MUCH MORE!
We cater Office parties, Graduations, Weddings, Rehearsal dinners.
History
Established in 2008.
We started doing small catering events and festivals and now we have two trucks. We have catered five weddings in 2013 and many other parties.

Business Owner
«Tony Tomatoes» aka Tony Simone is the owner of Tuscan Wood Fired Pizza Catering. Tony was born in Argentina and emigrated to America with his parents at a very young age. He grew up watching his mother cook great meals, bake bread, make homemade olive, and even canning tomatoes. Even as a child, he stayed up late at night helping his mother and learning. He grew up cooking and eating many peasant foods; like frittatas, which today is sought after dish that many will pay a fair amount of money at a restaurant for. Since those days he has stayed true to his heritage Sicilian-Italian American heritage and has spent the last 10 years cooking pizzas and many other types of foods in a brick oven, bringing a whole other dimension of texture and taste to his food.
