One of my favorite wine bars(they now have full liquor!) pretty decent music too! Sometimes they close relatively early though if no one comes in by a certain time though, which can be irritating. But great drinks, really nice staff, and VERY clean!

Went to this bar on NY eve expecting a wait. Walked in and it was crowded. It wasn’t standing room only since we got a seat at the bar. There was only one bartender so I knew we weren’t going to be waited on quickly but after multiple times of walking past us, common courtesy would tell you to acknowledge your guests. 7 minutes and not even a look in our direction. We ended up walking to Coach where we had few cocktails and some apps. Poor service and I will never tell anyone to go there. I really wanted to like this place.

My review of Vino Lounge was really not a good one unfortunately… My wife and I went there last night for the first time… When we got there and sat down it was really slow… only about 4 people at the bar area… So we were handed the menu’s and the bartender just walked away… with no Greeting… No asking have you been here before, or is this your first time her… and if so let me show you what we have… I had to sit all up-right to get her attention from talking to the people at the other end of the bar and that was after about 10 minutes. So were looking at both sides of the menu… the front side of the menu is what you would expect… beer’s and cocktails… and the other side it the wine list… Well we were going to start with a glass of wine which was actually not that bad. For our second drinks we were going to order a cocktail from the menu… well after we had made our choice for the cocktail we wanted we were told… sorry we just got out liquor license to see stuff like cocktails… and then the bartender told us then we would still all have to be trained on how to make the drinks which who knows how long that would take… I tried to order a Long Island Iced Tea and was told that there was a issue with the manufacturer for the Long Island so i couldn’t get that either… We were offered some generic pre-mixed stuff in a bottle and were like no… you advertise cocktails… so um… again yeah… So after this frustration of this. we just ordered another glass of wine… here is the gross part… so like I said it was slow… So the bar tender takes each of our glasses and just goes and pour another glass of wine in the same glass… which is kinda un-classy… especially since there were so many un-used glassed that I could see under the bar that she could have used… I have been drinking wine now for sometime and never have I seen that before… Always a clean glass. So now we said do you serve sides to eat at all or is this just a straight wine bar. and we were told you can order sides from our menu from Mozzeroni’s upstairs. so we ordered the finger food platter… lousy…very bland… could not taste any seasoning at all on the chicken fingers… and usually Mozzeroni’s is pretty good food. The atmosphere is really just a electric fireplace in the corner with a couple chairs. the lights over the bar were to bright to have the atmosphere of the light tea light candles on the bar… my re-commendations would be to dim the lights over the bar… to make the tea lite candle give off some atmosphere to the wine bar. as well as since Mozzeroni’s own’s Vino Lounge how come I haven’t seen any advertising for the Lounge when I have ordered pizza or stuff from Mozzeroni’s… not even a flyer? Might be a good idea to think about. I don’t know what to make of Vino Lounge other than that I am very dis-appointed and do not see going here again which is actually quite sad since this is like the only wine bar I know of in Webster, N.Y.

Not sure how I feel about the Vino Lounge. Bartender was very nice but couldn’t remember the wines my friend and I chose for our flights and she had to write them down, then gave us each others wines totally mixed up… you should consider some sort of holder for the glasses to label them so you know which wine is which. We forgot what wines we were drinking almost immediately bc we had to go back and forth figuring out whose wine was whose. Also, the wine glasses we got for the flights were all different sizes and VERY different pours. My first sip of my wine I realized there was actually a cob web in my glass and stuck to the rim and then got in my mouth… that kind of ruined it for me. The wine list is really nothing special… wines by the glass weren’t very exciting. It is nice that they allow guests to order food from upstairs at the pizzeria and eat it in the lounge, but they should consider getting some sort of food license and offering like a cheese and meats tray? or some simple snacks that don’t require cooking? We sat on the patio for a bit, and the table we sat at was kind of shaky, so we had to hold our glasses so we didn’t knock them by hitting the table. Overall, I just felt awkward there. I will always give places a second chance, but it might be a while…

Great atmosphere. Good drink selection including craft beers and wines. The food is great also. It does come from pizza place upstairs, but very good. I have dined here on a few occasions and it is usually not packed. But a great quiet place for dinner and a good drink

Let this place close so we can get an upscale place in the village with an owner that cares. Food substandard service terrible, bugs overpriced wine.

Came across this place while looking for a new wine bar in the suburbs. This place is warm and cozy and the staff is friendly. Whether a first date, a cozy evening out or dinner with friends this is the place to be. They have an extensive wine list and great staff! I recommend to anyone that loves wine or looking for that cozy new place :)

Excellent service, good wine selection and very attentive service. I’m sitting in a very comfortable easy chair with an excellent glass of wine. Pleasant easy listening music playing in the background. The only thing missing is WIFI.

The wine was good and the food was tasty too. We did wait a long time for our food though. The servers were very friendly. Our waitress talked to the manager of the pizzeria upstairs and it was out for us with an apology.

Hard to find this place. It’s basically in a basement under a pizzeria. Atmosphere is ok. They need a larger variety of wine, especially since its called Vino Lounge.
