For more than thirty years, we have represented injured people — injuries from motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, dogbites, at work, and general liability situations. We have also represented families of people killed in Wrongful Death incidents. There is no fee unless and until we are successful.

Business Owner
Thomas J. Kelley, Jr., was admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar in 1974. He is also admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, District of Massachusetts and in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. He is a member of the American Association for Justice (formerly known as the American Trial Lawyers Association) and the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, where he was elected to the Board of Governors. He has also served as the Chair or spoken on numerous educational programs for the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys, Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education Foundation and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
