History

Established in 1991.

Originally a native of India, Dr. Murad Padamsee graduated from Mumbai as a dentist with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree, then came to the U.S. (1984) to study Pediatric Dentistry. After three years of pediatric post-​graduate training, at Tufts Dental School, he then re-​enrolled to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree, eventually going on to earn his Masters in TMJ & Orofacial Pain (MS). Dr. Padamsee went on to open a private practice in the Wellesley area, although he still serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at Tufts Dental School, for the past 20+ years.

Dr. Padamsee understands the importance of keeping his skills up to date to benefit his patients. That’s why he earns more than 100 hours of continuing education credits each year. He has taken coursework in many different areas of dentistry, multiple certifications (Fellow of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain, etc.), has completed the continuum at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI), and most recently received the Fellow of the International Academy of Implant Dentistry.

He has over 50 presentations to dental societies and symposiums, lectured internationally in Italy and Austria, two TV appearances, has authored over 9 publications and a chapter on Pediatric TMJ in a major TMJ textbook. Dr. Padamsee has been a past-​President of the Tufts Orofacial Pain Society and the Charles River Dental Society.
