RRM was created to offer homeowners an alternative to the often difficult task of finding a reliable resource for home remodeling, addtiions, and repairs.

All too often, people complain about their contractors: «they don’t call back», «they don’t finish the job», or «they made a mess of my house». The list is long and painful. While there are good contractors, as an industry we are not generally held in high regard.

It doesn’t have to be this way. The recipe is not that complicated — be prompt, keep people informed, be neat, be fair, and follow through on your promises. If houses aren’t your passion, if satisfied clients don’t put a smile on your face, you probably shouldn’t be in this business.
