Freedom Riders Academy was established around 2009 but was formally incorporated in 2013 and was accepted as a public charity with the IRS in 2014.

Business Owner

Alison has an extensive history in the equestrian world and has been involved with horses in some form or another for over 30 years. She is a retired public school teacher and has a deep desire to connect with area children and teach them the art of dressage riding and responsible equine ownership.

My daughter has only been with Freedom Riders academy since March of 2014. She has taken lessons off and on since she was 3, sadly we had some very bad experiences with trainers. But in the short time she has been with FRA I have seen a huge difference in her confidence and personality. Ms. Allison has a heart of gold and Brianna feels so safe and happy during her lessons with Cassidy. I would recommend FRA to anyone anytime. xoxoxo

My son has been going to Freedom Riders Academy for a year now. He loves and enjoys going to the Summer camp and his weekly lessons during the year. We have met such wonderful and amazing people here. Ms. Alison is amazing with the kids. She teaches them every aspect of the horses in a way that makes the kids wanting to come back. She treats the kids as if they are her own. I highly recommend Freedom Riders Academy for a Summer camp or if you are looking for riding lessons during the year!!!

My daughter has been going to Freedom Riders Academy for just about a year. I’ve seen such tremendous growth within her over this past year. Her ability and confidence in not only riding her horses but caring for them is astounding. Allison and Ryan take such personal care in each and everything and little human and horse there. The energy is electrifying. Each one of their horses have suffered a miserable life prior to going under their care. You would never even guess it! All of the horses are very well behaved and very loving. If your looking to get your kids involved in the equestrine community I highly recommend Freedom Riders.
