Giuseppe’s Italian Ristorante

I’ve been going to Giuseppe’s since it changed over from the original «Sal’s» a couple years ago. A couple of times it was hit-​or-​miss, but recently it seems they have improved things. Very friendly and attentive wait staff. Drinks are always filled. Garlic rolls are good. I always order the Pasta Fagioli and that is very good as well, especially when it is fresh and hot. Their calzones and pizza’s are really delicious! The crust is light and airy! I always like my pizza «crispy» on the well-​done side. Their baked pastas are really yummy also! Giuseppe’s reminds me a lot of the Mom & Pop Pizzeria’s I remember from up-​north. Comfortable atmosphere for dining-​in.

Just tried this place 1^st time last night and loved it! We ordered takeout chicken parm & eggplant parm., and a Gorgonzola salad. Everything was delicious– the garlic rolls were perfect, soup also. Love the sauce, and it all tasted fresh and authentic. We will definitely be ordering from them again!

They have great pizza! We have pizza Monday every week because they run a deal. I haven’t eaten anything else there but my family and I love the pizza.

Ok… if you are looking for a place that will serve you over priced pasta with water down sause and meatballs with «no» flavor and will get your order wrong even when the business is extremely slow to the point their are three people standing behind the counter waiting for you to place your order then look no futher, this is the place for you. PLEASE I know that most management will not even read the reviews here on Unilocal but «some» do because maybe they care a little. Don’t email me or send me a response saying how sorry you are and you want to make things right because it is absolutely clear that this establishment could not put any more «less» of an afford in trying to make a decent and somewhat enjoyable meal. How disappointing it is to get such a half ass meal and mind you my order was wrong and even when I got home with my take out they even put my salad in the bag upside-​down, how thoughtful. My one star rating is actually a over rating so please management you don’t have to thank me.

Awesome food. Big joe is amazing cook. He takes pride in what he serves on a plate. Coming from Italian background would not hesitate to eat his food. Makes me think of my grandmas home cooking

The pizza and rolls were ok but the chicken scarpellini was not and neither was the pasta figoli soup. It was on Tuesday night of few customers. The soup looked like it was from the bottom of the pot. The chicken dish was made with spoiled red peppers and had a fermented taste and slippery texture. Very disappointed!

I love pizza and finally tried this place. Walking in to place a carry out order I was greeted with an odor that reminded me of a backed up sewer. Their AC wasn’t working so it was 85 degrees in the place.
The staff was nice but a pizza that I was told would take 20 – 25 min, took 45. Overall the pizza (philly cheese steak) was meh, for the price. I’ve had better at papa johns. Also, the stuffed mushrooms were horrible.
Save your money and time and get your pizza elsewhere, as I sure will.

Called the 13 860 Wellington Trace Wellington, FL 33 414 to place a $ 55 order.
After being told delivery would be 45 minutes. Hour and a half later… no delivery. When I called the restaurant I was put on hold 8 times for 25 minutes by someone who was overwhelmed and couldn’t handle things.
We ended up ordering from another local pizza restaurant. when the delivery guy did finally show up after an hour and forty minutes later we sent it back.
We ordered from this place alot!.. Weekly!
Food is good, but not good enough to overcome the horrible customer service.
The manager was more interested in making excuses then trying to actually respond to my complaint.
I don’t mind paying a premium price for good food, but I also expect that the restaurant will respect me as a customer… that’s not what happened here.
You know I am not as upset as the late order as I am from the absolute lack of customer service, phone courtesy and the rudeness of being dumped onto hold eight times.
Order from this place at your own risk because you may not know what your experience will be.
It’s important to note that this restaurant has two locations in town and my experience only relates to their Wellington Trace location. Eating in may yield a better experience but you need to beware of my experience before you order and count on this business to actually deliver!

I like the place a lot and now that winter is here I’ll go back, the A/​C had some problems since they opened so the place was always uncomfortably hot.

It took us a long time to try this place. But the reviews were right, very good pizza and rolls. Hand cut mushrooms, good sauce and quality cheese, crust was almost crispy, maybe a little longer in the oven…
Everyone enjoyed it, we will be back.

Possibly one of the best cheese pizzas I have had since I’ve been in South Florida. I have not tried any of their entrées but their service is fantastic

We have eaten here twice. Food was good and the service even better. The waitress we had on our last visit was so polite and prompt. They do a heavy take out business, and both times we ate here, the small dinning room was empty, which does make for exceptional serve (as I have stated on a few of our reviews, we come in early for dinner). Only thing we didn’t care for was the white clam sauce, it had an unexpected creaminess to it, not your typical garlic & oil clam sauce. Good meatballs, not as good as mine… but better than most!

Went here with my hubby. We had the antipasto salad. I wasn’t very hungry but it was actually delicious! Can’t say if anything else was good, but service was fast and the waitress was great. I will go back and try something else. Hope it’s just as good.
