XFINITY Store by Comcast

After dealing with Comcast on the phone it was a nightmare. I was on the verge of canceling my services after a day. Comcast customer service over the phone is horrible dreadful and outright a shame how they treat their customers; however after dealing with Chris and Nicole it was a a wonderful experience. I went in with the boxes to return everything I left happy and glad to have dealt with them. My experience in person here has been amazing!

A much bigger place to wait when compared to their old locations. When you walk in, an employee takes your old device immediately and then hands you a number. I feel this method of handling waiting customers is much more effective than standing in a line.

This is my second time at this location today. I just needed to exchange my cable box. The first time was okay until I got home and unpacked my refurbished box and remote. Both were beat up and dirty. Guess what. the equipment didn’t work. Here I am for round 2. This time I have a long wait. If only they only got it right the first time!

In and out within 3 minutes! Came in to exchange a box. Was greeted and given a ticket. Before I even Sat down, I was called and given the new box I needed.

Comcast is known for horrible customer service, but I was treated real well when I went. if you run into problems like I did and have to come back the same day, the front desk guy will probably recognize you, but if not just communicate and they will give your case priority.
first tip is to use the bathroom before you get there as the bathrooms are onesies and get lines. second tip is to check equipment before leave as mine was broken in package. next tip is to ask them if bill will stay same as I unknowingly got an upgrade device that could cost more per month. last tip is to make sure the boxes will connect same way. oops, the remotes all come with batteries.

This place is horrible. Walk in, take a number and wait an hour. Comcast has got to be one of the worse companies to deal with. First, I call customer service to tell them I am moving and I would like to move my service, this takes 45 minutes. Come moving date, cable doesn’t work at the new address. I call customer service again, I wait another 45 minutes and finally the rep says that the boxes don’t work in the area I moved to and the previous rep I had dealt with should have never made the move. I moved 5 miles up the road, why the boxes don’t work baffles me. I was told to go to this place to make the swap. Well, 20 people were ahead of me and they basically gave me the same type of boxes. Thank you Comcast. Urgh.

I just walked in and all I want to do is exchange my box. The greeter has the most miserable attitude. If you sf don’t want to greet guest and deal with customer service then don’t work in a place that requires that. She takes my box and tells me that it will take about 45 minutes. This is stupid! Why don’t they have someone just to do that? There are about 20 boxes before me. Why does not only their store customer service suck but so does their phone service suck too.

Service is so slow. Plan to be in the store for no less than 30 minutes. You would think turning in or picking up equipment would be fast and painless but NO!!! I have had faster service at some DMV’s than at this store.

This comcast store seems to be really organized and clean, the wait wasn’t long at all, and they have plenty of service people that are friendly and very helpful. Kevin was who I worked with, I will be returning to this location.

Even to drop off you have to wait. You walk in and the dude at front desk takes your stuff, but then gives you a ticket and you have to wait for them to call you like motor vehicle. It’s new so it has decent seats and little tablets for kids to play with but it’s really just advertising different xfinity services. Bring a book or at lease a magazine
