Business Owner
Chocolatier Brenda Strum, having worked for some of the finest chocolate shops around, the timing was right for Brenda to venture out on her own to share her love of chocolate with the world. In 2012 Brenda met John and opened up their first chocolate shop in York Maine, the York location closed in Jan 2015. In July 2015 The Bistro at R&R Chocolate was born.
The Bistro at R&R Chocolate is a showcase for Brenda’s elegant, handmade chocolate creations. The Artisan Sandwiches and salads are a nice complement to the Chocolate and cannoli bar adventure.
