I WOULDNEVER recommend using A&M as a management company! I have been with them for less than a year and they NEVER deposit the rent on time. The contract states they will have the rent deposited into your bank account by the 10th of each month and I have had to call on the 20th to ask where the money was! They also allow the tenant to buy things for the house and reimburse them out of the rent money without consulting the owner first. Repairs I can understand-but $ 200 for a pool vacuum hose and basket when the house already has one that is in perfect working condition? They do not return emails or phone calls, especially when you are asking about charges that were deducted from the rent. I am absolutely and completely unsatisfied with their services! In my opinion they have bad business practices. For being in such a small town I hope they either change their ways and learn how to run a customer service based business or go out of business all together! Once my contract is up; I’m going to Huber!

The folks at A&M, Peter, LaChelle and Robin, have been of great help since the first day I met them. I rented a house through A&M and have have consistently recieved excellent service. The process of applying for and renting the house was easy and they were happy to accomodate the fact that I was moving from the west side of the mountains and allowed me to email some documents saving me a couple of trips over the mountains in the winter. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a place to live or have a place you want to rent out. Only wish I could pay my rent electronically!
