I went in to the shop looking for a mountain bike for my son. The friendly and knowledgeable staff helped me pick a perfect bike for him as well as a bike for me to ride while I recover from back surgery. They even stayed late on a Friday to make it all happen! I would highly recommend this bike shop!

I bought a new bike rack to bring my ancient bike over from Portland. This was going to be my alternative activity while my husband was golfing. Unfortunately I discovered I had a flat tire. I check out Unilocal and found this place. The repair person quickly helped me out, recommended a tire liner to protect the tube, had me back in business in 15 minutes and for a very affordable price. Everyone in the store was super helpful and friendly. I love Wenatchee and this bike shop!

Greg and Carmen are the real deal; passionate entrepreneurs who put the customer first! Wish I lived closer but I will still tell everyone to just go say hi if you are in Eastern WA; even if you don’t need anything for your bike.
I was visiting from out of town for a 3-​day bike tour and had catastrophic mechanical issues on day one. Greg and Justin (one of the mechanics) went above and beyond to get me back on the road. They even took a new bike off the showroom floor to scavenge parts that would otherwise need to be ordered! When it became apparent my bike was unsafe to repair, Greg stepped in without missing a beat — he loaned me his personal bike. Who does that?! This family! He saved the day (tour) big time!
While I don’t need a new bike anytime soon, when I do, I owe these guys my business; and you will be thankful if you do the same!

I love Cycle Central! This was where I purchased my first mountain bike. What sold me was the fact that someone greets you the moment you walk in (no awkward standing around), and the owner, Greg, did not try to upsell me. I came in looking at bikes under a certain amount and was hesitatingly leaning toward one at the top of my budget. He showed me a cheaper one and recommended it as a great starter. He could have made a bigger sale, but he instead helped me choose what was best for me at that time. The one thing I wish is that I had been fitted a little more carefully. I didn’t feel quite right on that bike and fit wasn’t discussed when I purchased it. My husband later came in and bought one of their used bikes. Since then, I have sold my first bike and upgraded to another and LOVE learning this new sport.
Everyone at CC is super friendly and quick to take a look at your bike. Anytime I have a question or need a quick adjustment, they help me out happily and right away. I just really like how nice each and every employee is. Their group rides are a fun way to meet new people and find new trails, too!

We stopped by today with a flat tire, and these guys were great! Josh helped us understand the trade-​offs in different types of helmets. He also helped us understand the best kind of bike for my wife and put us under no pressure to buy. We learned a lot and really enjoyed the people.

Just bought my first TREK bike! I had a great customer service experience. Greg was super helpful in picking out right bike for my needs. All the folks working there were super friendly and quick to help. I had to come back right away to get kick stand adjusted and the guys on the floor were really fast to fix it and send me on my way. I would recommend them to anyone looking into biking for first time too. They were really knowledgable about bikes they carried and the area here. Thank you for a wonderful birthday shopping experience!

Cycle Central is just amazing. Greg and Carmen, the owners, are deeply passionate about every aspect of cycling, from the quality of the product itself to the actual cycling experience, and it shows. They employ cycling experts who are friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve been with Cycle Central for almost two years now and I will stay with them as long as they are in the valley. Their Re-​cycle program helped me get an affordable bike when I was short on funds and it has served me as a commuter ever since, allowing me to save a huge amount of money on transportation. Every experience I have at Cycle Central, be it a tune up or window shopping for my next bike or even just stopping in to say hi is always extremely positive. Thank you Cycle Central!

Wow! Phenomenal, FAST customer service, and EFFICIENT shop service. I came in to make some upgrades to 2 bikes and Greg and his team made it happen while I ran a couple errands. They helped me load my bikes back on my car and I headed back out of town ready to ride! I was so happy to get it all done in one trip to town. I highly recommend this bicycle shop to everyone!

Awesome bike shop for the area! They will answer any + all questions you might have about their bikes.
They also have a used bike section, lots of cycling apparel/​gear, + a full service maintenance shop!

Great bike shop welcome addition to the valley. Greg and Carmen are great to work with from training tips to nutrition suggestions. Repair shop does a great job, I’ve had 3 different bikes in getting repaired and tuned all of them are perfect. They did a great job fixing a vintage Trek I had sitting around in the garage.

I’ve been looking to add more exercise to our family’s lifestyle. My wife is a little on the shy side because of past experiences. Carmen put my wife at ease really made a huge difference. When price became an issue, she was able to work with a second hand bike to make it work. This is the kind of service that every business needs to have.

Cycle Central is a very welcome new addition to the Wenatchee Valley. Greg and Carmen are passionate about bicycles and getting people on them. I went into the shop nervous about bikes as I hadn’t been on one in YEARS. Carmen made me feel at home, comfortable and very much at ease despite my apprehension.
Cycle Central is committed to getting people on bikes and will take a trade-​in on your old bicycle to get you onto a new Trek Bike. They take those traded in bikes, recondition them and make them available to folks who can’t afford an new one.
Every Tuesday they lead group rides along the Loop Trail with levels that suit every rider. Like I said, Greg and Carmen want to get you riding.
