Came in recently because I had some questions about my new phone. The staff was very rude especially the David. I will not be returning to that location EVER!

This is a small AT&T store next to Home Depot and behind the Chik-​Fil-​A parking lot on Wentzville Pkwy.
I’ve also been to this location twice (like the Hwy K location) to purchase and exchange phones. The first time I was sort of railroaded by a CSR that added the wrong features to the account — a call to customer service was required to fix those issues. The second time was an exchange of a defective S3 for a Note 2. This was a recent trip there, and it went a bit better.
The wait here during the day is 5 – 10 minutes, and the people are generally friendly. However, the phone I received (while paying full retail for) turned out to be refurbished. It was in the orange/​white/​blue box without accessories, etc. I needed to go to the Hwy K location to get a real retail-​boxed phone… So keep that in mind…
