Horrible customer service. I wanted to purchase a pair of running shoes after selecting a pair to try on I had to ask for a pair in my size because the box on the shelf was empty. The young man did not seem to understand what I asked for so I had to repeat myself. He said they were on a display mannequin and returned shortly with the shoe box. I loved the shoes however they had 2 black stains on them. Not wanting to pay $ 70.00 for shoes that are already ruined I asked if he had another pair he said no and said he could TRY and get me 10% off this pair.
This is not the first time I’ve experience poor customer service at Dicks when attempting to buy shoes, the mid rivers location is just as rude.
I kindly said no and we left the store. He did not offer to order more and see if another location had some in stock.
For my money I would recommend avoiding Dicks and going to sports authority anyday
