The reason of 1 star is that everytime I go to drive thru I always get the wrong order. What makes it unacceptable is that they will pull you up front for fresh food so there is no reason to mess up your food. But they still manage to do it. Would’ve been fine if it wasn’t lunch time but no time to go back and get it fixed.

Okay so we have been on a chicken nugget and tacos binge on a every other day basis. And this family of 5 can have that craving at any hour of the day. Thank you so much For getting our order right every single time, making sure we had a variety of condiments with each person’s 20 piece chicken nugget order! Thank you!

I was on my way back to KC from Tennessee and had a craving for both White Castle and Jack in the Box. Luckily, I was able to find a exit that hosted both places. There wasn’t anything special about this location, but the get 4 stars from me because the food came out fast, the person at the register was polite and I haven’t had Jack In the Box in a verrrry long time!
