My kids wanted McDonald’s fries, and while I should know better than to get a salad from McDonald’s, I thought I’d give them a try and save myself an additional trip of going to a different restaurant. Sadly, I should have went with my gut! Do NOT, I repeat, NEVER eat at McDonald’s — at least in Wentzville! After getting home and picking out all of the brown slimy lettuce and tomatoes from my side salad — Well, there was really nothing left so needless to say, money wasted as the whole thing went into the trash. Give it up McDonald’s! Leave the healthy food to the places who know much more about serving and storing produce!

Fast food should be fast. Really really really really long wait for no particular reason– cars creep through the drive thru. You can barely hear them over the drive thru speaker because the volume is so low, and the highway’s proximity does not help. Otherwise it’s what you would expect McDonalds to

Awful! While waiting in the drive thru for 25 minutes for my child’s happy meal I witnessed 2 employees literally IN the dumpster behind the restaurant. By the time I ended up at the window the two said dumpster divers had made their way inside and were hanging out around where they make the food. Uhhh… gross! When I asked the manager about this her competely ridiculous response was that each employee had their own job duties. What kind of job, food service none the less, allows or calls for their employees to actually get into the filthy, disease ridden dumpster and then come back inside around the prepared food?! Absolutely appalling! None the less I did not feed that crap to my daughter and will never be back to that McDonald’s again!

This is the slowest drive thru in the whole entire state of Missouri. Do not go, it’s awful. Extremely disappointed as I’ve been sitting in the line for the past 20 minutes waiting for my 2 McFlurries. Why I haven’t left, the world may never know. :/

Service was fine but holy filth. It was was so dirty in there. There were spills all over the floor right when you walk in the door. It was tough trying to walk around especially with a 3 year old. One of the ice machines was out. It was a mess and this was at 5:05 in the evening.

I ordered a Triple Cheese Burger. The patties were less than luke warm and the onions were ice cold. I took one bite and into the trash. What happened to QUALITY?

I visited this Mc Donald’s when I was on vacation visiting family. I’m originally from Wentzville. Worst attitude from a staff I have ever seen. The bathroom is disgusting and the staff has an «I don’t care attitude.» The manager Jennifer is ridiculous and bullies her employees and the manager Sharon has a horrible attitude and awful management skills. I guess we all know why they work at mc donald’s. Maybe if you treated your employees and customers better people wouldn’t quit and always be complaining about your service.

Morning staff gets 5 stars for awesome customer service but late night gets 1 star for an «I don’t really care» attitude. Also would be nice if that pretty fireplace worked. Asked them to turn on and they didn’t know how LOL

You think all McDonald’s are alike? Not so. the menu is the same, but this one sports a fireplace! Even better, there a nice container of creamers, etc. right at the counter, so I didn’t have to ask(pretty please?) for the two creamers i always need for my coffee. It drives me nuts that, at most McDonald’s I’ve been in over the several months, when i ask for creamers(plural), the server asks me, «How many?» More than one, dude, Will it kill ya to offer me more than one? Without grilling me… Jeez. but this McDonald’s is different — good service with a smile, clean and efficient.
