Food is absolutely amazing but the service is slow. If you go here, go through the drive-thru if they’re busy because the drive-thru was flying and me and my squad have been standing in here at the glass for 15 minutes before someone helped us. But it was worth the wait honestly the food is some A1 food.

OK food. Kinda like a cafeteria. Not enough seating in the restaurant. We had to wait for a bit to get a seat.

I gave 3 stars because sometimes it’s awful and sometimes it’s quite good. Panda is a game of chance — it definitely depends on the time of day, and if the employees feel like working or not. If you happen to get there when they’ve made something fresh, and they’re paying attention to customers in line — you are in luck. Other times I’ve visited for dinner, and there was nothing but a deranged scoop of chow mien left, and they apparently decided they weren’t going to replenish any actual entrees the rest of the night. On my last visit, they were out of my favorites chicken mushroom and spitfire chicken. They said they were also out of Crab Rangoon, out of egg rolls, and out of sweet and sour sauce. I had to ask, Soooo are you planning to MAKE any more today — or have you decided to just stand around until closing time? I guess they’ve been told to stop cooking after 7PM — who knows? I’ve learned to always go inside, and physically watch them fill the order. The typical drive-thru wait time is half an hour or longer, and I contend you don’t get the same portion as when you order from inside — where you can watch them. My suggestion would be to go early, and be prepared to wait, while they get around to replenishing the entrée you want.

My family loves Panda Express but this one was awful. They were out of a lot of their signature items and the food they did have looked like it had been sitting there all day. The staff was less than friendly and seemed pre-occupied even though the place was dead. I went to get tea and they were out. When I went to tell the staff the manager was on her cell phone showing the other two staff members something. Definitely will not be back to this location.

I can’t believe I’m writing a review for a fast food restaurant… Anyways…Finally! Decent Chinese in Wentzville! Yes, it’s fast food and all deep fried not actual Chinese but at least I can get the meat and not worry about that it might be cat! Don’t even bother with the other Chinese places in Wentzville, just go to Panda Express, it’ll be the best you find.

So gross! Eh, I’m all for healthy and fast Chinese food, but this place did not fit the bill. Totally disappointed, for $ 20 some bucks we received tasteless, soggy meals with way overcooked rice. Not impressed, try 88China behind it, at least it’s cooked by an actual Chinese chef!

When I eat out, I like to find a restaurant that has a good variety, and then go there all the time. Panda Express had exactly that. I go in and can change my order depending on what sounds good that day. The staff is generally helpful and willing to modify your order how you would like. I have yet to go to this Panda Express and not have fresh dishes flying out of the kitchen to make sure the customers are getting the best possible food.

I can’t tell you how excited I was when I saw they were building a Panda Express in Wentzville. I love that they have so many healthy options to choose from. It was super busy the first few days with everyone wanting to try it out, but now that the opening crowds have thinned out and the drive through is open they have fast service. The people are always friendly and willing to help you make a decision on what is best to eat. We have continued to go back again and again and have yet to be disappointed. It is very clean and well kept too!
