Carlos L.
Manager
Carlos was born in Weslaco, TX. He has been living in the area all his life. He started working in the restaurant business at a young age as a busboy. It wasn’t until he was 18 when he started working full time as a server. Growing up in the restaurant industry, Carlos has always shown a great passion for the business. He has about done it all in the restaurant, as a busboy, server, cashier, cook, and now manager for the entire restaurant. He has shown a great deal of passion and dedication for many years. He is currently in the process of graduating from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Small Business Management and Entrepreneurship. His goal is to continue managing Monterrey Café and one day open a restaurant of his own.
