I had the best experience with this company after a difficult day with my flat tire. They promised to be there in 45 minutes and actually arrived in only 35 minutes. They were pleasant, efficient, obviously very competent. I felt completely comfortable That my car was being handled properly and safely. When we got to the tire store, the salesman even commented on how much he likes when All About Road Service brings them a vehicle because of how professional the drivers are. A bonus for me was that one of the drivers was a woman! She handled the hook up of the vehicle, unhooking, and drove the truck towing my car. It is refreshing to see that she had an equal part in the work being done with no discomfort on the part of her male work partner. What a great role model for any children who saw them work. The store manager took some of their cards and plans to refer customers to them. I know that I certainly will.

It never fails to amaze me; when it comes to cars, there are still men who think women don’t know anything. My experience with this company has been infuriating. I attempted to ask a question to ensure an easy process in towing my car and ensure no damage would be done. The driver cut me off mid-sentence, spoke in condescending tones and words, and was completely dismissive of my question. I attempted to ask again, and he interrupted to incorrectly repeat what I had said, proving he had not listened in the first place. I called him out on his attitude and treatment of me. His response was to utter«I’m not doing anything for you», and began to drive off. I immediately called his company to complain about his condescending attitude and his abandonment. The dispatcher was also dismissive and spoke to me as if I was a child. For a «family» business, their treatment of women is horrendous.
